For me some things in the kitchen installation world make no sense whatsoever, take the example below with this extractor from a large DIY company. The first picture shows the extractor packed away in the box as it is supplied, once removed box and its plastic & polystyrene packing your attention is drawn to an advisory notice on the unit itself, warning that pulling on the frame whilst removing the extractor from the box can cause damage. Surely this notice would be better served if it was visible before removing the extractor from the box????
